Applicants, employers and advertising platforms all deserve a single page that says what SaltbushJobs is, what it will not claim, and who to contact when something looks wrong. This is that page.
An introduction service. SaltbushJobs lists roles on behalf of employers and passes on applicants who are interested. We are not the employer in any listing, we engage no workers, and we neither set nor pay wages.
We make no promise of selection, no promise of a particular income, no promise of a number of hours, and no promise about how quickly anyone is paid. Where an employer quotes a figure, it is the employer's figure. Ask them to put it in writing before you rely on it.
Listing content originates with the employer. It is published in good faith and withdrawn when we are told a role has closed. We cannot audit an employer's internal practices, so if a listing does not match reality, report it and we will remove it.
Applicants are never charged. We will never ask for a payment, a deposit, a bank login, a card number, a password or a one-time code, and no stage of a genuine application requires any of those. A request of that kind made in our name did not come from us.
The full picture is in the privacy notice. In brief: your application goes to the employer whose listing you answered, plus the named providers that operate the form, the hosting, the advertising measurement and WhatsApp, and to nobody else.
Our advertising is meant to describe the work in the same terms this site uses. If an advertisement you saw says something this site does not, send it to us and we will correct whichever is inaccurate.
Employers pay to advertise roles and to have applicants introduced. Applicants pay nothing at any stage. We state it openly because an introduction service that is coy about where its money comes from invites the very suspicion it should be avoiding.
We publish what employers tell us. We are not an auditor, a regulator or a licensing authority. We do not inspect workplaces, check an employer's finances, or guarantee a role is still open at the moment you read about it. A listing is an invitation to talk, not a warranty.
We would far rather hear it than not. Send the listing or the advertisement with a screenshot. Where it does not match reality, the listing comes down and the advertising stops. What you send is treated in confidence.
Email careers@saltbushjobs.com with a description and, ideally, a screenshot. Questions about a workplace or about your data go to that same address, and we answer each one in writing.
