saltbushjobs.com is operated by SaltbushJobs of Cooma, New South Wales, Australia, contactable at careers@saltbushjobs.com. Using the site, or applying through it, means you agree to these terms. They describe what the service is and what each side is responsible for.
"SaltbushJobs", "we" and "our" refer to the operator. "You" refers to anyone using the site. An "employer" is the business offering an opportunity, and a "listing" is the description of that opportunity.
We advertise job opportunities and introduce applicants to the employers who are offering them. SaltbushJobs does not hire. Decisions about who is engaged, the contract, supervision, how the work is arranged and what is paid all belong to the employer. An application creates no employment relationship with us and does not mean an employer will make you an offer.
Consider each listing as a whole: its duties, where the work is done, how you would be engaged, who is eligible and on what conditions. Recruitment moves, and roles can fill or change. Once we learn a role has closed or materially changed, the listing is updated or removed. If something looks wrong or contradicts itself, email careers@saltbushjobs.com and name the listing.
Answer the form truthfully and for yourself, unless someone has asked you to help them and agrees to it. You must genuinely meet the role's eligibility and right-to-work requirements. After the form, send the application message to our HR team on WhatsApp; merely opening the app does not send it. Email us if WhatsApp is not an option. Employers may ask further questions or hold an interview before deciding.
Applicants are never charged by SaltbushJobs. There is no application, placement, administration or training charge and no deposit. Our costs are covered by the employers who advertise with us. We will never tell you to buy cryptocurrency, add money to an account, pay for access to work or transfer funds so wages can be released. If anyone asks this of you in connection with our listings, report it to careers@saltbushjobs.com.
Any pay information relates only to that role and the conditions set out for it, and a range does not mean everyone receives the top figure. Before you agree to anything, obtain written confirmation from the employer of who they legally are, the duties, the type of engagement, the rate or pay calculation, expected hours or workload, when you will be paid and any other material conditions. Applying does not guarantee work, a minimum amount of it or a set income.
Our own statements and advertisements are our responsibility. Information an employer provides, and that employer's legal obligations, are the employer's. Where our ads and this website disagree on something material, we look into it and fix it, and a broad disclaimer does not cancel a specific statement or your legal rights.
How we handle applications is explained in our Privacy Policy. WhatsApp, employers and other outside services have their own policies and terms, which do not reduce our responsibility for our own handling of your information.
You must not pretend to be someone else, send applications you know are untrue, use another person's details without their agreement, spread harmful material or interfere with the site.
Website content may be viewed and saved for your own job search. Any other use, including republishing or commercial use, requires the rights holder's permission. Photos on the site are licensed stock and are not of real applicants or employers.
The form is provided by Waformly, and buttons hand you to WhatsApp or your email app. Those services are not under our control.
We cannot promise the site will always be reachable, or that a role will remain open throughout your application. Maintenance or changes may happen without warning.
These terms do not exclude, restrict or change any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or changed.
Subject to those protections, SaltbushJobs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss connected with use of the site. Liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, is unaffected.
Typographical or technical mistakes can appear on the site. They are corrected once we notice them or are told about them.
Where you break these terms, such as by applying with someone else's details without consent, you are responsible for the loss that reasonably follows, except to the extent we caused it.
SaltbushJobs is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events it cannot reasonably control, including an outage at a hosting, form or messaging provider.
A term that turns out to be unenforceable does not affect the others, and a delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
The Privacy Policy, the Compliance Statement and these terms make up the whole agreement between you and SaltbushJobs about use of the site.
New South Wales law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory law and protection that applies to you.
We contact you about an application using the email address or WhatsApp number you gave on the form. Notices to SaltbushJobs should be emailed to careers@saltbushjobs.com and are treated as received on the next business day in New South Wales.
Send questions or complaints to careers@saltbushjobs.com, including which listing they relate to. Changes are published here with an updated date, material changes are notified appropriately, and no change removes rights connected with something that happened earlier.
