Four roles you can do from a kitchen table in Cooma as easily as from anywhere else. The list is short because we only put up what we have checked.
Listed now
These are the four we can vouch for this month. When one fills we take it down rather than leave it up to collect applications.
Work the written support queue after hours, using answers the employer has already approved.

Fix imported records that came across with the fields in the wrong places.
Compare supplier numbers with what the system holds and flag the gaps.

Read submitted text against a rubric and route it to the right reviewer.
Feedback
“It was the first listing I had read that told me what the job was before asking for my number.”
“Snow week, roadworks, whatever — the work did not care and neither did my roster.”
“I finished the rubric training in an afternoon and started on the Monday.”
Questions
Ongoing, with a roster you nominate. It is not a one-off gig and it is not a fixed forty-hour contract either — you decide how much of the week you want and the employer works around that.
Not for these four. Everything runs in a browser and the walkthrough assumes you have never seen the system. If you can manage email and a spreadsheet you already have the hard part.
No. All four roles listed above are written work. Nobody joins a video meeting to start a block and nobody takes phone calls from customers.
Anything that streams video without stalling is comfortably enough. What matters more is that it stays up for the length of a block — a connection that drops every ten minutes will make the work frustrating.
The employer named in the brief, not us. They set the hours, the rate and the payroll schedule. SaltbushJobs makes the introduction and charges applicants nothing to do it.
The desk
SaltbushJobs is a two-person listings desk. Employers send us home-based briefs, we check they are genuine, and we rewrite them so a person can understand what the job involves before applying. We then introduce you. We do not run the interview, we do not set the pay, and we are not the ones who employ you — that is all the employer.

What happens next
Name, hours, and which of the four you want.
HR sends the brief and answers questions in writing.
Online, one session, notes provided.
You nominate blocks; the employer confirms them.
Apply
The form takes a minute. After that our HR team picks it up on WhatsApp. We do not ask for money, passwords or bank details — not now, not later.
Sending the form puts you on the list. Sending the message is what moves you up it, because that is where HR replies.
